I see you. <3 MM44832, MA92147 All sessions include whatever tools/techniques we need in order to reach your goal for the session. I charge by time so you won’t be charged an added fee for cupping or Electrons Plus, for example. At the beginning of the session I will first ask for an update because I know from experience it can change dramatically from day to day or even by the hour. Then I will approach based on your input. I may work in areas that may seem unrelated to your pain but remember nerves refer and pain doesn’t always live where the cause resides. In order to make progress we must treat the cause. If there’s something specific you would like to try- let me know and I’ll incorporate it if it is a good fit for your body and condition. 50 and 80 minute sessions are the most commonly booked. Please allow 5-10 minutes wiggle room at your appointment time. Occasionally I need a few more minutes to help a client but I’ll always make sure you get your full session. If the door to my suite is secured/shut- please have a seat in the lobby. If it’s cracked- you are welcome to enter. I’ll likely be in the back room. Please don’t knock. Restrooms in the lobby are locked but I have one in my suite if you need it when I bring you back for your session. Modalities I commonly use but are not limited to: therapeutic massage/deep tissue, Electrons Plus Guided PEMF, stretching, cupping, scraping, deep vibration, fascia tools, hot stones, and light therapy.
